What is online imaging?
Online Imaging allows you to view front and back images of your checks within one business day of clearing your account. You can also view images of individually written deposit slips. No more waiting for your statement each month.

Is there a charge for online images?
No. Online images are a FREE service offered to those that are enrolled in First National Online.

Will this affect the information I currently receive in my statements?
No. Online images are provided as an additional service to assist you with your banking needs. This will not change the way you currently receive your statements.

Do I have to open a certain type of account or use special checks to receive check images online?
No. Online images are available for all First National deposit accounts and does not require any special checks for imaging.

Can I view checks that were posted before my current statement?
Yes. You will have the ability to view check images from past statement cycles.

Is it safe to view images online?
The safety of your records is importance to us. Online images are only available through our secure transaction area using the User ID and Password known only to you.

Are these check images acceptable as legal documents?
Online images are accepted as valid proof of payment by local, state and federal branches of government. They are also accepted by the IRS and the courts.

How do I sign up for online images?
By enrolling your deposit account online, you are automatically signed up to receive your images online. To view your images, logon and go to the Account Detail page.

How can Pop-up blockers affect my check image viewing?
If Pop-up blockers are enabled on the PC, the check imaging option may not be accessible.
